Tim Tacl

Owner | Sr. Loan Officer

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy in 2009, Tim Tacl served for six years as an Officer in the US Navy. He left the military service in 2015 and started his civilian career working on the Strategic Partnership team with Vail Resorts. After working and learning about corporate marketing, partnership contracts, and client relations for a ski season, Tim was ready to find a career that re-aligned with his core value of service to others and giving back to the community around him. Surprisingly, he found that residential lending offered him just that.


After six years working for a traditional correspondent lender, Tim again felt that something was lacking, and that there had to be a way to give back in a bigger way to not only his clients but his community as well. This led him and his two co-founders, Abby McDaniel and Jerre Allyn, to create DNVR Lending. His goal and vision for DNVR Lending is to offer clients competitive rates in the market while not compromising on the superior client experience, he has built a reputation for providing.

Abby McDaniel

Owner | Sr. Loan Officer

After graduating from Arizona State University, Abby McDaniel took off in a career in social work before becoming the loan officer she is today. Through this experience, she can compassionately guide her clients in the ever-growing Denver market.


With 20 years of residential mortgage lending experience, Abby can provide the full customer service experience for all types of clientele — Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, investment purchaser, or looking for your second home, a vacation house, or a builders service.

Jerre Allyn

Owner | Sr. Loan Officer

With a love for sales, Jerre Allyn came from a background in accounting and financing. He also dreamed of playing point guard for the Denver Nuggets. When his dream didn’t come to fruition, he went out looking for a new career in mortgage lending, which wasn’t so far off from his experience in the financial space. 


Jerre spent 20 years in retail lending, working with big banks and correspondent lending. But, he dreamed of providing his own experience, a boutique-style lending environment. Jerre also wanted to maintain competitive fees and rates in the industry. Today, he’s doing just that as he serves each client that walks through the door with the highest level of customer service.
